Internet Solutions has grown swiftly from a pure supplier of Internet access to a provider of next-generation services. Using our MPLS SuperCore infrastructure as the backbone, IS now offers a range of converged communications services to our customers on a global scale.
We pride ourselves on the solutions we provide, having enabled e-business platforms for our client base over the last 13 years. During this time we have built solutions which are robust, well supported and relevant to our industry.
Our solutions include connectivity services such as our Access services, VPN (Virtual Private Network) services and more recently Broadband services provided locally and across the African continent.
These solutions are complimented by our Mobility services and various Vertical Solutions tailored to suit our customers needs. We also offer value added services such as Security, world class Hosting services and "per user" based services in our Application Solutions space. Our VoIS solutions are delivered from the IS global network, a stable environment which forms the core of all of our services.
In support of our solutions we have the Customer Zone, a unique secure web interface enabling customers to view statistical data, receive outage notifications and susbsribe to specific reporting of the services they have contracted from IS. All information on these systems is monitored via the central monitoring system which is also integrated into our Global Service Centre, providing our customers with most relevant information 24 hours a day all year round.
